A defect found on delivery, or one that appears during normal home use.
What is not covered
Normal wear and surface scratches; damage from a fall, a knock or misuse (a blade chipped on a bone or a glass board, a pan left empty on high heat, the dishwasher when it isn't recommended); intensive professional use.
How to claim
Write to us via the Contact page with your order number and a photo of the defect. After checking, we replace the item or refund you.
