Refund policy

You have 60 days from delivery to change your mind, on every physical item we sell.

How to request a return
Write to franklinghost615@gmail.com with your order number. We reply within 48 working hours with the return address and what to do. A parcel sent back without a prior request can't be processed.

The Forval pan: 60 days, even used
The pan can have been used, washed, cooked on: that's the point, put it to work. Send it back clean and protected for transport. Return shipping is on us: we provide the label, you pay nothing up front.

Knives and sharpening: 60 days
Knives, sets, whetstones and honing rods can be sent back within 60 days if they haven't been used and are in their original packaging. Same process: write to us first. The return label is on us.

Everything else: 60 days
Boards, utensils, tableware, storage and kitchen accessories: you have 60 days to send back an item that is unused, complete and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is defective, arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered: in that case, it's on us.

What can't be returned
The recipe books are digital files: once the download link has been sent, they can't be returned. If your link never arrived, or a recipe gives you trouble, write to us and we'll sort it out.

Damaged parcel, missing item or wrong order
Check your parcel on delivery and write to us within 7 days with a photo. We reship or refund.

Refunds
Once we've received and checked the return, we tell you the outcome. If the return is accepted, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 working days. Your bank may then take a few more days to show it. If more than 15 working days have passed since your return was accepted, write to us.

14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, with no reason required. That right sits alongside the 60 days above, which are more generous.

2-year guarantee
Every physical item is guaranteed for 2 years from delivery against manufacturing defects. For the pan, this guarantee takes over after the 60-day trial. It doesn't cover normal wear or damage from misuse (for knives: a blade chipped or broken on bones, frozen food, in the dishwasher or on a glass or stone board). Write to us with a photo and your order number.
