Everywhere we deliver, in Switzerland and worldwide, with no minimum order. Every parcel ships with a tracking number.
Delivery times
Allow 7 to 14 business days between your order and delivery (estimate). Our items ship directly from our suppliers, from outside Switzerland: an order with several items may arrive in several parcels, each with its own tracking. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.
PDF books arrive by email right after payment, with no shipping cost.
Outside Switzerland
Depending on your country, customs duties or local VAT may be charged on delivery. They are not included in the price.
60-day returns
You have 60 days from delivery to change your mind. Pans can have been used; other items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging. All the details are in our return policy.
Parcel late or damaged?
No news after 20 business days, or a damaged parcel? Write to us with your order number (and a photo if needed). We find it, reship it or refund you.
