Pans: even used
A stainless steel pan takes a few meals to get used to. So you can send it back even after using it, clean and protected for shipping. We cover the return shipping.
Other items
They must be unused, complete and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is defective, arrived damaged or doesn't match your order: in that case, we cover it.
PDF books
A downloaded file cannot be returned. A problem with the link or a recipe? Write to us and we'll sort it out.
How it works
1. Write to us via the Contact page with your order number.
2. We reply within 2 business days with the return address and the steps to follow.
3. Once we receive and check the return, we refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days.
A parcel sent back without a prior request cannot be processed.
European Union
For deliveries in the European Union, the legal 14-day right of withdrawal applies; our 60 days go further.
