Why this product
The knife that does almost everything: slicing, chopping, carving meat, cutting herbs. Its slightly curved 21 cm blade suits the rocking motion, tip on the board, as well as the push cut of Japanese knives.
The 10Cr15CoMoV steel core, with a stated hardness of 60 ± 2 HRC, is clad in layers of stainless steel that create the Damascus pattern (67 layers in total). The figured sycamore handle is fixed with two brass rivets. It is the chef's knife from our 3-piece Damascus set, sold on its own.
