Why this product

Two knives for two families of cheese. They share the same German 1.4116 stainless steel, the same red sandalwood handle fixed with three rivets and the same gift box.

  • Soft cheese, 13 cm blade. Its serrated blade is pierced with holes, so a tomme, a brie or a vacherin sticks to it less. Its forked tip picks up the piece to serve it.
  • Hard cheese, 8.8 cm blade. A short, wide blade sharpened to 15° per side: it goes into a Gruyère or a Sbrinz and breaks off clean pieces.

For a full cheese board, take both: from two knives in the basket, the 10% discount applies automatically. To serve, our acacia serving tray or our large oval board.

Hand wash, then dry immediately: no dishwasher.
Cut on a wooden board, not on a plate or a slate.
The plain blade (hard cheese) is sharpened on a whetstone; the serrated blade hardly ever needs it.
