Why this product
Kitchen shears made to last: blades in Swedish Sandvik 14C28N steel, the same steel found on many high-end knives, with a stated hardness of 56 to 58 HRC. One blade is micro-serrated so it doesn't slip on chicken skin or herb stems.
The aluminium handles keep them light (215 g in total) and give a firm grip. Between the handles, a notch helps cut small bones and crack nuts. Two finishes: matte black or brushed silver.
