Why this product
The fork that holds the roast while the knife slices. Its two long 15 cm tines grip a leg of lamb, a rib of beef or a chicken and keep it on the board, your hand well away from the blade. It also lifts a joint out of the pot or the roasting dish.
It is forged from 5.7 mm thick 430 stainless steel, with a dark forged finish. The white oak handle, separated from the tines by a red G10 spacer, brings it to 31.5 cm in length for 128 g. It comes in a gift box.
With our large oval end-grain board, whose groove catches the juices, and a chef's knife, you have everything you need to carve at the table.

Don't leave the wooden handle to soak.
Now and then, a drop of food-safe oil keeps the wood of the handle nourished.
FAQ
What is a carving fork for?
To hold the meat still while the knife slices, with your hand away from the blade. Pierce the joint beside the cutting line, not on it.
Can I use it in the oven or on the grill?
To turn or lift a joint, yes, briefly. Don't leave it in the oven or over the coals: the handle is wood.
What if it's not right for me?
You have 60 days to send it back. The conditions are on our Shipping & returns page.
