Why this product
A fine stainless steel grater for everything you grate in small amounts, over the board or the plate: lemon zest without the bitter pith, parmesan like snow, a garlic clove, a piece of ginger, a little nutmeg or chocolate.
It is 30 cm long, stainless steel tube handle included, and its end rests on the board while you grate. The cover protects the teeth in the drawer; the little brush clears out zest that gets stuck.

FAQ
How do I avoid the bitter white pith?
Pass only once over the same spot and turn the lemon as soon as the yellow is gone: the fine teeth only take the coloured layer.
What else is it for?
