Why this product
A 20 cm serrated blade that gets through a hard crust without crushing the crumb: baguette, country loaf, brioche, as well as sponge cake or a ripe tomato. The teeth bite the crust, the thin blade does the rest.
The 10Cr15CoMoV steel core, with a stated hardness of 60 ± 2 HRC, is clad in Damascus stainless layers with a hammered finish. The pakkawood handle, a resin-stabilised laminated wood, copes with kitchen moisture better than raw wood. Comes in a gift box.

Care
Cut on a wooden or plastic board.
A serrated edge stays keen for a long time; when it fades, take it to a professional sharpener.
FAQ
Can it be resharpened?
A serrated edge stays keen for a very long time. When it fades, a professional sharpener can restore it; a standard whetstone doesn't suit the teeth.
Does it cut anything other than bread?
Yes: tomatoes, citrus, sponge cakes, puff pastry, anything with a skin or crust harder than the inside.
What if it's not right for me?
