Why this product
Half a lemon in the cup, cut side towards the holes, and squeeze: the peel turns inside out, the juice runs through the holes into the pan or salad bowl, and the pips stay in the cup. No lemon slipping through your fingers, no pips to fish out of the sauce.
It is all 304 stainless steel, with no plastic parts or paint to chip: 20 cm long, with a 6.5 cm cup for a lemon or a lime. The long arms act as a lever, so your hand barely has to push.

Which way does the lemon go?
Cut side towards the holes, peel facing up. As you squeeze, the peel turns inside out and all the juice comes out.
